I am rapidly becoming a regular customer. Having met owners Mike and Trina at their former location I was glad to find them again. Nails First offers exceptional service at a great price. The decor is calm, nice lighting and soothing music. The pedicure chairs are very relaxing and the technicians friendly. A pet peeve of mine at other salons has been the endless chatter in non-English between the technicians and the fact that they ignore their clients. Mike has a good handle on this and it is very limited with full attention going to the paying clients. Everything is sanitized and very clean which is extremely important to me. None of the technicians have ever caused me any pain or discomfort and indeed provide exceptional comfort and relaxing procedures. From the look of the traffic they are attracting word must be getting around! They have a great concept and make the manicure/pedicure experience a highly enjoyable one!
